This is an exciting opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary Digital Programme Team and to have a significant stakeholding in North East Lincolnshire Council’s drive for digitally enabled transformation.
The role is key to the successful delivery of the digital programme and is fixed term until 30th September 2019.
Typically you will undertake research and analysis of our data and information under the direction of the Advanced Practitioner to develop customer insight and business intelligence solutions, working with projects and the business to understand the needs and requirements.
Our programme is managed using agile principles and will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to work across the whole organisation, to research and understand our data; working with the Advanced Practitioner to translate this into intelligence to support both day to day service management and service redesign.
The successful applicant will need to have experience of extracting data using reporting tools as well as excellent data analysis skills including advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
In addition to technical ability, the role requires excellent relationship and communication skills to manage and support the projects that you will be involved with. You will also work in partnership with a range of ICT specialists and business analysts, service stakeholders and their customers to thoroughly understand the business requirements of the projects, promoting opportunity and digital thinking.
